As a student of UX and Game Design at DigiPen Institute of Technology in Singapore, I have gained valuable experience working with cross-functional teams on various products. My objective, with a solid understanding of user experience design, is to consider the product and its features from the user's perspective and create an optimized experience that addresses pain points and fulfills needs. To achieve this, I use a holistic approach to problem-solving and keep the customer journey in mind throughout the product development process.

When working on specifications, visualizations, models, and prototypes, my attention to the smaller details was helpful. My varied experiences have improved my comprehension of various workflows and developments as well as my capacity to pick things up fast and adapt to new situations. My experiences have also helped me to create a design- and user-centric attitude, giving me unique insights into the product development process and teaching me to challenge and question presumptions while keeping the customer at the forefront.
